Overseas Security Advisory Council Tallinn

Overseas Security Advisory Council Tallinn 1OSAC is an independent, private, nonprofit association dedicated to promoting the security of the American Community overseas by establishing a continuing liaison between the private sector and the U.S. Departement of State. OSAC Tallinn Council achieves this objective by establishing a forum for continuing liaison, education, training and information exchange between the U.S. Mission and the American business community in Estonia.

Currently, over 3,300 constituent organizations participate in the program, including businesses, religious groups, universities and other nongovernmental organizations. OSAC also makes its information available to over 600 Federal, State, and Local law enforcement and security organizations.

OSAC Tallinn was launched on May 24th, 2007 at Radisson SAS Conference Center.
