Meriton Hotels hotel chain was established on July 14th 2003 as an operating company of Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn, Meriton Old Town Hotel and Villa Mary Guest House. The hotel chain is based on private capital, the owner is Mr Alexander Kofkin. The new hotel chain plans to offer hotel services in all three Baltic states. Meriton Hotels are opening a new hotel beside Meriton Grand Hotel tallinn in 2007. The new property includes 300 rooms and wellness spa.
Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn is a 4-star hotel right down the hill from Toompea. There are 164 double rooms in the hotel, a conference center with 7 meeting rooms, Restaurant Grand Talinn offering lavish lunch and dinner buffet and a lovely meeting place Café Mademoiselle, where our highly praised pastry prepared in a local bakery can be enjoyed. This hotel, representing classical elegance, will remain the only 4-star hotel in the chain.
Meriton Old Town Hotel is a newly renovated 2+ star hotel with 41 rooms in the edge of the Old Town, close to the passenger Port. The building is on the spot of a medieval Renten Tower, one of the corner towers of the historic Town Wall. Part of the wall and the remains of the tower have been maintained in the interior, creating an interesting historic aura. Café Mademoiselle between these ancient walls offers all the staples of delicious products prepared in Grand Hotel’s bakery.
Meriton Conference and SPA Hotel is a new 4* centrally located hotel with 301 guestrooms, 2 restuarants, cafe-shop Mademoiselle, Budha and Piano bar, conference centre for 400 persons, SPA and wellness centre with big varioty of pools, saunas and SPA treatment rooms. Hotel will be connected with existing Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn.
Villa Mary is an exclusive and luxurious guest house, located in Viimsi, right by the sea. It is a superb place to hold special events or try Teppanyaki grill, which is the only one of its kind in this country. We also suggest to enjoy our real Estonian sauna, which is different than a common Finnish sauna.
