On October 13, 2022, the American Chamber of Commerce in Estonia (AmCham Estonia) celebrated its 25th Anniversary in Estonia.
The anniversary gala dinner took place at the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel and was attended by 100 business leaders, key partners, members of the American and Estonian government. The two keynote speeches at the event were delivered by the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Urmas Reinsalu and the Charge d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy Tallinn Gabrielle Cowan.
The event program also featured special video greetings from the U.S. Chamber in Washington, DC, the chair of the AmChams in Europe Association Ms Susan Danger, the CEO of AmCham Ukraine Andy Hunder.
During the event, AmCham held a silent auction in support of Ukraine. Many well-known artists support the auction with their art and jewelry, among them were Martin Saar, Navitrolla, Epp Maria Kokamägi, Liisu Arro Kokamägi, Kadi Veesaar, Tanel Veenre, Lisa Kroeber, Kriss Eglite “New Vintage by Kriss” and Laura Saks known as EGG Laura Saks.
The auction raised €6,100 that will be donated to the UNITED24 Fund launched by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy as the main venue for collecting charitable donations in support of Ukraine. Funds will be transferred to the official accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine and allocated by assigned ministries to cover the most pressing needs.
