Significant amount of his previous work experience has been gathered during 6 years at NASDAQ OMX and more than 10 years at the Estonian central bank. Andrus has also worked at the IMF, European Commission and has been Economic Adviser to the President of the Republic of Estonia. Andrus is a graduate of Tallinn University of Technology and has his MA degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the USA.

For the past 22 years she has championed progressive pedagogical practices, academic rigor, diversity and creativity. She is originally from Philadelphia, USA and has taught in the USA in New Mexico, California and Estonia and Hungary.

Niels Hollender – AmCham Treasurer Managing Director, Pan-Baltic Trading Group Niels Hollender is the founder and managing director of Pan-Baltic Trading Group. An Estonian based wholesale company, specialized in niche consumer products for the life outdoors and holding the distribution rights for some well known US-Brands. Pan-Baltic Trading Group will soon open new offices in Frankfurt and in Sarajevo. Prior to founding Pan-Baltic Trading Group, Niels worked as a Key Account Manager for the biggest German Kitchen Retail Store Chain and as a Sales Trainer for Philips Consumer Electronics. While studying for his BA in Business Administration he worked in the project management for AOL/Time Warner.
Rain Laane Member-at-Large Country Manager, Microsoft Estonia Rain is an Estonian national, graduated from TTU in 1994 with an engineering degree and later on acquired his MBA from EBS. Rain’s career path included positions in VE Kompuuter, AS Eltex, OVS Ehituse AS, IBM Eesti and during the last 5 years in Microsoft Estonia as the Head of the Representation office. Rain has been a very active member of AmCham during the past 5 years, serving as the Chairman of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) in 2007-2008 and as the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) committee (2008-present)Rain is also a member of the board of the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications and MTÜ IKT Demokeskus. Rain speaks 4 languagues: Estonian, English, Finnish and Russian.

Elvira Tulvik Member-at-Large Attorney at Law KPMG LEGAL
Elvira Tulvik is an experienced Attorney at Law and her main areas of practice are administrative law and administrative court procedure, specializing in tax law. She participates in various workgroups of consulting businesses, tax authorities, the Ministry of Finance, professional organisations and lobby groups. Currently, Elvira is the chairperson for the AmCham Taxation Committee.
Kai Tammist Member-at-Large Baltics Communications Manager, PHILIP MORRIS BALTICS
Kai works at Philip Morris Eesti as communications manager for Baltic States. Significant amount of her previous experience during past 10 years is in the area of government and EU affairs and communications. Kai has worked in Philip Morris office in Tallinn and in Brussels where she has also had the experience of working with EU institutions and member states. Kai a graduate of Tallinn University in social sciences.

Carl came to his position as the Head of American Operations at Datel AS in Tallinn through a career that included working with then Governor of Virginia to pass a 2.1 billion dollar bond, close involvement with the US Joint Forces Staff College, NATO ACT, and American higher education lobbying efforts.
